It operates very slowly and is prone to failure, the announcement of which is written so poorly as to be incomprehensible. Neither the documentation nor the company FAQs address the failure to synchronize, and inquiries have produced no results. When the product works as advertised it seems to work well, even if at a snail's pace. However, when the synchronization fails one wonders what has happened, and there is no assurance that data has not been lost.
